Environmental sustainability is one of the most challenging issue in our society. Based on scientifically studied cases, sustainability, and customer experience go hand in hand. The conclusions of the study point out that a sustainable process, service, and product are more appreciated by the consumer. This studied behavior leads us to the need to bring the customer closer to a sustainable experience that is aligned with the needs of our society and environment.

Solutions that allow organizations to bring the customer closer to a more sustainable experience.

Examples of solutions to look for:

Solutions to measure and communicate to users the sustainable impact of the service/product they are purchasing.

Ex: quantify and publicize environmental benefits. Such as using public transport (savings in CO₂, savings in NOx and PM, savings in congestion, savings in energy) and how this action benefits the health of the population (reduction mortality and/or diseases associated with pollution).
