The digital divide in organizations consists of the inequality of access to technological resources and services with respect to other organizations. In order to reduce the digital divide in organizations, it is key to act internally and externally, because this can become a barrier to progress and can even be the main obstacle to continuing operating.

What are we looking for?

Solutions that promote equal access to technological resources and services by organizations, reducing the existing internal and external digital divide.

Examples of solutions to look for:

  • Solutions for users with disabilities.
  • Talent attraction with digital capabilities.
  • Solutions to overcome the digital struggles among older generations.
  • Enabling digital skills to exist employees/des (upskilling and reskilling)
  • Solutions for the implementation and measurement of digital skills (internal talent)
