Last opportunity to present your project at the 2nd edition of the B-Blue Barcelona Activa, the program of promotion that supports the creation of Projects of Blue Economy Barcelona.
Heads up that the deadline to showcase your Blue Economy project at the upcoming B-Blue Barcelona Activa program is fast approaching. It’s set for June 2nd, 2023, so if you or someone you know has been working on a project in this space, don’t miss this opportunity to take it to the next level!
- The program aims to support the creation and growth of innovative start-ups that are part of the Blue Economy sectors.
A maximum of 15 projects from Blue sectors will be chosen in the ambits of nautical, fishing, blue tourism, shipbuilding, blue biotechnology, or marine renewable energies. - The B-Blue program will last eight months, during which the start-ups will have access to training, intensive accompaniment, networking, personalized activities, and mentoring by the agents that promote the program.
- At the end of the accompaniment, the most innovative and sustainable project will win a prize of 10,000€ each, courtesy of the Port of Barcelona and Costa Cruises, the two sponsors of the program.
- The program’s organization also collaborates with Aigües de Barcelona, Barcelona Clúster Náutico, Seastainable Venturas, the UPC and Aticco.
