📍 Barcelona, May 19, 2025 – ERIA, the corporate venturing vehicle of the Estabanell Group, has launched the second edition of its acceleration program, featuring four innovative energy startups: Wattium, eRoots, Clevergy, and 4BlueTech.
This six-month, equity-free program aims to support technological solutions in key areas such as energy storage, smart grids, energy management, and CO₂ capture. The selected startups will benefit from tailored business and tech mentoring, access to up to €10,000 in non-dilutive funding, and the opportunity to test their solutions in Estabanell’s real-world infrastructure.
🔹 Wattium: organic, ultra-fast, lithium-free energy storage batteries
🔹 eRoots: AI-based software for smart and autonomous grid operations
🔹 Clevergy: digital tools for B2C energy management and energy retailers
🔹 4BlueTech: CO₂ and NOx capture with microalgae, tokenized carbon credits
The program kicked off with a two-day intensive bootcamp at Áticco MED, led by ÁticcoLab and Estabanell. This edition received over 70 applications, confirming its position as a benchmark in energy innovation.
📌 The first edition (2024) led to real collaborations with startups like Zenit, Atom H2, and Clever Solar Devices, with pilots currently underway.
💬 Josep Solé, ERIA’s Director: “The selected startups are bringing innovative solutions that help shape a more sustainable, efficient, and future-ready energy model.”
