The Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation, in collaboration with the Government of Catalonia, publishes the second edition of the report on the state of science in Catalonia, with data from 2023. These biannual reports complement and update the official data on research and innovation in Catalonia. By gathering indicators, they provide a contextual analysis that allows for comparison of the Catalan condition with that of its European neighbors.<\/p>\n

The study addresses the projection, competitiveness, and scientific production of Catalan universities with the aim of showcasing the innovation capacity of Catalan companies and their collaboration with research at public universities. The goal is to define an analytical model that monitors the impact and evolution of research in Catalonia and thus identify best practices to reinforce.<\/p>\n
